"Returning extra carpet tile can be expensive. We strive to make sure that you receive exactly what you expect. This is not an easy task with online sales of any kind and is particularly difficult with fabrics, colors and products that you need to feel, touch and see before you make your purchasing decision. We've made a modest attempt to help you visualize the products with high resolution pictures and a video that explains the basic differences between the Legato product lines. To make matters a little more confusing, Milliken previously manufactured a product named Legato that is no longer available. The old Legato product had a different texture and a thicker attached pad. For these reasons, we encourage you to take advantage of our free sample offer. Even if it delays your project by a few days, we believe it will help you get exactly what you are looking for...and that's what we strive for."    ted helm

Cancellation Policy
 In you need to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped from the warehouse it cannot be canceled. Please see our Return Policy for information on returning material that has already shipped.
 
Shipping Damage
 In the event you do receive damaged material it will be replaced if you follow these instuctions:When the shipment arrives, check for damaged boxes. If there is any damaged material you must accept all of the material and note the damage on the driver's delivery paperwork. Only damaged material noted on the driver's paperwork can be replaced.Do not refuse delivery of damaged material. Accept the damaged material, note it on the driver's paperwork as described above, and save the material. The freight company may want to inspect or pick-up the damaged material. If you refuse delivery of any items you will be responsible for all shipping charges and restocking fees. During delivery you may notice a carton where the box is torn or ripped. In most cases the flooring itself isn't damaged.
 
Defective Material
We carry products from quality manufacturers, so defective material is very rare. However if you do receive material with a visible defect DO NOT INSTALL it. Contact us immediately and the material will be replaced.
 
Warranty

Return Policy
Returning extra carpet tile can be expensive.  Please measure carefully to ensure that you order the proper amount of carpet tile. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. All cartons must be factory sealed, unopened and undamaged. A Return Authorization Number will be provided to you. You must return the material within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number from us. The Return Authorization Number must be enclosed with the shipment. You will have to arrange and pay a freight company of your choosing to return the material to an address that we specify.All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Once the material is received and inspected by the manufacturer or distributor you'll receive a credit. This process may take up to 4 weeks.
