Legato carpet tiles are shipped from from either LaGrange, Georgia or Nashville, TN in boxes that are approximately 21” x 21” x 6”. Each box contains 12 tiles and weighs approximately 16.5 - 25 pounds. For orders of 5 cartons or less, we typically ship via Fedex Ground to your specified address. On larger orders we use FedEx LTL or Global Express with their "Home Delivery" option. Our shipping rates are based on residential delivery for the 48 contiguous United States (generally delivered to the ground floor of your residence, where you will need to make arrangements to carry the case inside/upstairs). Shipping cost savings can often be achieved, particularly on larger orders, when we ship via common carrier to a commercial address or for customer pickup at the carrier’s dock. Just call us and we’ll be happy to discuss the savings that we can pass on to you.
